Catherine Shipton
Catherine is a senior associate in the firm’s corporate group. She has a wide range of domestic and international corporate and financing experience, with a particular focus in the infrastructure, energy and renewables sectors.
Catherine spent six years working at Allen & Overy LLP in London before joining Simpson Grierson. She also previously worked at another leading law firm in New Zealand earlier in her career. Catherine has acted on a significant number of matters, including advising on and coordinating complex M&A transactions.
