Louw is experienced in domestic and international M&A transactions, with a particular focus on private equity transactions. He also has experience in general corporate and commercial work.

Louw is an admitted attorney in South Africa and worked at Webber Wentzel (in alliance with Linklaters) in South Africa prior to joining Simpson Grierson. Louw routinely provides advice on all aspects of commercial transactions, including due diligence, contractual negotiations and implementation.
