Dominic Toomey

Dominic is a partner in the transactional banking and finance group. He acts for domestic and foreign lenders and borrowers on all aspects of financing transactions.

Dominic's practice focuses on corporate debt and leveraged transactions. He also has specialist knowledge in syndicated and club lending, acquisition funding, and project finance. In addition, Dominic is regularly sought out by his clients to provide advice on cross border financing involving technology assets and the implementation of green and sustainable financing products.
