Greg Allen
Greg is a partner in the firm's commercial property group. He is an expert in property law and property development work.
Greg's experience includes acting on large infrastructure, forestry, farm and property transactions, land acquisitions, and providing property and due diligence advice on many significant corporate transactions. His expertise also extends to property development (from small scale residential subdivisions to large, complex canal and integrated resort developments), hotel developments (including resort developments in Fiji), and commercial leasing.
Greg is an expert on overseas investment, providing advice on property related investments by overseas persons, undertaking land investigations, and preparing applications for Overseas Investment Office approval.
