Simon Vannini

Simon is a partner in the firm's corporate and commercial group. 

Simon has specialist expertise in significant business acquisitions, as well as advising on business structuring through joint ventures, limited partnerships, outsourcing, partnering arrangements, and strategic alliances. He also advises on arrangements between shareholders and joint ventures, as well as franchise and supply and distribution arrangements.

Simon has been involved in a number of significant infrastructure and technology projects, acting for overseas investors/consortia as well as New Zealand companies. Simon also advises on corporate governance and administration, and corporate restructures.

Simon has expertise in capital raising, venture capital funds, the establishment and operation of limited partnerships, and financial services regulation. He works with a number of clients in the early stage/venture capital space, including Angel groups and individual companies, and assists the industry through presenting at various industry seminars.
